  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class start time so we can show you around and make sure you know how to use the machine!

  • Wear something comfortable that you’re able to train in. Grip socks, water bottle and a sweat towel. Socks are compulsory on the reformer bed for hygiene reasons, please be sure to be prepared. If you forget them in class, we sell them at reception for $19.95

  • Don’t stress! One of our lovely qualified instructors will show you to your reformer bed, give you a quick run down on how to use the machine and set you up for class. If you have any questions during class your trainer is always around to give you a hand!

  • To book your sauna session you can find this under the ‘Appointments’ option either on the website or through the VUE Pilates app. Only one booking can be made so if you would like to bring a friend for an additional $25, please just let our customer service team know.

  • ♦ Swimmers or just yourself

    ♦ If you plan on showering after the session, bring your own towel.

    ♦ A towel will be provided for you (for the sauna) during your session.

  • As opposed to steam saunas, which heat the body with a moist heat, infrared works by heating the body directly with dry heat. Infrared heat creates a cardiovascular workout on the body while removing heavy metals and toxins, and benefits enjoyed include reduced pain and stress, better sleep and muscle recovery, and improved weight and energy. It has so many mind and body benefits!

  • We have plenty of street parking on Garema Circuit. We have 3 allocated parking spots right in front of the studio which is strictly VUE clients only. Parking after 3pm is not available inside the gates, please park outside the gates because you will be locked in.

  • Gate access is always available through the side gate right next to the mailboxes to your right. The side gate with “Pull” written on the gate is where you will enter and exit.

  • You are able to cancel your booked class anytime before 9-hours of the scheduled class time. Cancelling after 9-hour window will result in a loss of credit unless you have a medical reason or other valid reasons will be assessed by the team.

  • We recommend coming to your class at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class time to find parking and getting yourself set up before class. If you miss the warm up part of class, we will unfortunately have to turn you away to prevent any injuries in session.

  • If you are on the waitlist and a spot becomes available, you will be notified via email and through push notification in your VUE Pilates app. Please make sure you check your emails and have notifications turned on, so you don't miss out!

  • Our memberships are a 4-month contract commitment which will auto renew after the 4-months. After the 4-month period we require 30 days notice unless you have a medical condition in which you can provide a letter, otherwise other valid reasons will be assessed by the team. The contract is strictly a 4-month minimum commitment.

  • All weekly memberships are direct debited weekly. Keep a note of which date the billing cycle lands on so you are able to book your classes accordingly for the week. For example billing cycle lands on Wednesday 1st until Wednesday 7th, you are able to book classes from 1st-7th. Be sure to use the credits in that period as the credits will not be rolled over to the next cycle.
